What’s the lead time?
Standard lead time is 4 weeks depending on quantity and capacity. This is confirmed at time of order.

Do you offer installation?
Unfortunately, we do not offer installation services for this product. However, full installation instruction will be given. If you require help with installation, please contact us and one of our team will be able to advise you.
How are the door sets delivered?
The SOFTDOOR SET™ will be palletised delivery. Each door set will be grouped together in the correct parts for each room for easy installation.
Does the SOFTDOOR SET™ come painted? Can I choose which colour?
The SOFTDOOR SET™ is currently available unprimed and unpainted. We are looking into the possibility of a providing primed and painted door set in the future. If this service is of benefit to you, please register your interest.
What is the product warranty?
We provide a warranty on our products for a period of 24 months from delivery, the products shall be free from material defects in design, material & workmanship. However, this warranty does not apply to any defect in the product arising from circumstances described in clause 10.2 of the Balco Terms & Conditions.
